Plan for Safety... Summer is the best time to plan for slope safety. Have your skis or board tunned, check your gear for broken or worn parts (check helmets for cracks), check for recommended binding settings, worn or packed down boots, and any other needs that are fresh in your memory from this past season. Plan to take lessons next season to improve your skill and sharpen your safe skiing techniques.  With a few minutes of advance planning, your 2009-2010 season will be safe and successful.
